Tournament Refund Policy
✅ Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tournament date.
⚠️ For cancellations made within 24 hours of the tournament:
• Your fee may be fully or partially refunded, depending on whether a Standby player is able to take your spot and earn the prize. The standby play only pays with the prize.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Best Way to Sign Up for Tournaments
You can register for tournaments by:
📧 Emailing, 📬 Mailing your completed registration form, or 🌐 Signing up online.
However, the quickest and easiest way is through the TeamReach app — just a click away!
Tournament Fees
💰 Most of our in-house tournaments cost $50 per day.
🏢 Tournaments held at rented venues are $60 per day.
⚠️ Some exceptions apply:
• $40 per day for tournaments with only 2 tables
• $40 per mini-tournaments on cruise or special events.
Prices may vary slightly based on location or format. Please check event details on TeamReach for the most accurate info.
Lunch is included for full-day tournaments that cost $50 or more per day.
🥪 For $40 per day events (such as 2-table or mini-tournaments), lunch is not included, so please plan accordingly.
🍩 Snacks and soft drinks are provided at all events, regardless of the tournament fee.
